
1. Bench Cleaning
Mix 1 glass of water, 1 glass of white vinegar and 10 drops of tea tree oil in a spray bottle. Wipe the countertops with this mixture for a hygienic and chemical-free cleaning.
2. Hood Filter Cleaning
Remove the filter, add a little baking soda and washing-up liquid to a sink full of boiling water. Leave the filter for 15-20 minutes and scrub it. You will get rid of all grease residues.
3. Cutting Board Cleaning
To remove stains and odor from cutting boards, sprinkle them with coarse salt, rub with half a lemon and rinse.
4. Cleaning Between Tiles
Apply baking soda and a few drops of lemon juice to an old toothbrush and rub between the tiles. Then wipe with a damp cloth. This method whitens yellowed grout joints.
5. Lime Removal
Add half a cup of vinegar and water to the kettle, bring to a boil. Leave for 1 hour and the limescale will dissolve. Repeat if there is still cream. Then you can rinse it several times to remove the odor.
